yesterday we got totally gipped out of a snow storm. but the gorgeous whiteout this morning makes up for it.

today is my beautiful sister heather’s birthday. and yet today, she did something wonderful for me. you may remember not too long ago when i posted about custom library paintings. well heather, the talented artist that she is, made one for me. it is possibly the most thoughtful and meaningful gift i have ever received. and yes i am irrationally crying right now. happy birthday heather! you constantly amaze me. <3
